The morning of Friday, September 23rd was an exciting one for students at the ELI. Instead of attending their regular classes, students gathered on South Campus at the Outdoor Recreation Facility to participate in team-building activities. Students had the chance to interact with peers from other classes and proficiency levels to solve puzzles, build bridges, and collaborate toward common goals. The activities required problem-solving skills and excellent communication, both spoken and non-verbal.
After the event, several students expressed how much they enjoyed the activities and the opportunities to interact with different students. The ELI would like to send a big thank you to Lauren Stover and her staff at Recreation Services for helping us organize this event!
