Important Note: Please make sure you complete all of the fields on the application. Once you have submitted the application, you will get an email from us (sender: elimail@syr.edu) with a link to the application portal. There, make sure that you submit the Admission Acceptance Form (AAF), any academic transcripts, and proof of financial support for I-20 document issuance. After all these documents are uploaded, you should hear from us within 5 business days. (If not, contact us! )

** Please be aware that the application fee and the enrollment deposit are non-refundable. No exceptions.
Eligibility to apply:
-You must be at least 17 years of age, a non-native speaker of English.
-You must have some knowledge of basic English grammar and the ability to understand verbal instructions.
Application deadlines:
Prospective students who will require a visa to lawfully study in the U.S. should consult this webpage before applying to get an idea of the wait times for a visa appointment. Apply as soon as you can in order to ensure you get your visa in time for the first day of classes for your respective term!
– 60 days prior to the beginning of the semester for applicants not currently in the US.
– 30 days prior to the beginning of the semester for applicants currently in the US on a valid visa or taking an online program with us.
